The purpose of the Public Works Department is to promote and oversee the construction and maintenance of the Town's infrastructure.

Street Maintenance Division

This Division has the responsibility for ensuring the safety and maintaining the condition of all public streets, alleys, and rights of ways.

Services Provided:

• Pothole patching
• Crack sealing
• Asphalt paving
• Asphalt rejuvenation
• Street cleaning
• Chip sealing
• Leaf collection
• Unplugging drains or sumps
• Stormwater drainage
• Facility maintenance
• Street construction projects

The Thatcher Town Shop is located at 880 S. Reay Ln., and houses the streets, sanitation, sewer, parks, cemetary, and electric departments.
